Booking and Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

• Arriving late may shorten your consultation time or require rescheduling. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment.

Mixed-Billing Policy

• We are a mixed-billing clinic. Fees depend on the consultation type and patient eligibility.
• Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

Bulk-Billing Eligibility

Bulk-billing is available for:

• Children under 16 years
• Pension Card holders
• Health Care Card holders
• DVA Gold Card holders

Please bring your Medicare and concession cards.

• Telehealth appointments are available for eligible patients.
• Standard fees apply to Telehealth consultations.
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment.
