Yes, we welcome new patients. Please complete our Patient Registration Form before your first visit to ensure a smooth process.

If you don’t have a Medicare card, you will need to pay for your appointment at the time of your visit. We accept card or cash payments. You will be provided with a receipt, which you can use to claim a rebate from your private health insurance, if applicable.

Yes, Your Health Place – Castlemaine is a mixed-billing clinic. Please enquire about our fees when booking your appointment.

Yes, we offer Telehealth consultations for eligible patients. Please book online or call the clinic to arrange a Telehealth appointment. Standard Telehealth fees apply.

You can request a transfer of your medical records by:

1. Letting our reception staff know you’d like to transfer your records.
2. Completing a Medical Records Transfer Form.
3. We’ll handle the rest and liaise with your previous healthcare provider.
